Newborns communicate in many ways, not just crying. They have patterns and instincts that may not be easy to understand - especially when you are sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and healing.

Good news - I speak baby! Let me translate and help bridge the gap & deepen your bonds. From calming techniques, to feeding cues, to evidence-based sleep guidance, we can get through this together.

Customized Care

Are your feet swollen, your digestion off, and your sleep patterns disturbed? As a Certified Integrative Reflexologist, let me help you deal with these symptoms less invasively - through your feet and hands!

Sometimes the choice between eating, sleeping, showering, pumping, or scrolling your feed is too much! You are juggling so many things. Let’s practice asking for and accepting help.

As a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, I can help you feel confident that baby is secure and in the right seat for them.

TESTIMONIALS

Having Audelle there while I was recovering from my C-section was such a great help. In those first few crucial months when I forgot what sleep was, I needed time to rest. Audelle watched my baby, made this awesome vegetarian stew and homemade snacks, did laundry, and general tidying up. I'm so grateful that she helped me with my latch and gave me tons of useful tips on breastfeeding. She even went food shopping for me! I'd definitely recommend her services if you’re a first time mom, which can be exhausting and overwhelming at first. I can't imagine having done this without her. — Cristina V.

Audelle stepped into our lives right on time and we are so grateful! We instantly knew by her poise, knowledge and genuine nature that she was the perfect fit to help support our family. It was important for us to ensure we could manage the first few weeks home with a 2.5 year old toddler and a newborn. Audelle was a tremendous help - whether it was making sure I got a chance to rest, shower, spend time with my toddler, or handle things around the house like laundry, meal prep, tidying up, grocery shopping, Audelle jumped in and never missed a beat!

Extremely resourceful, with her ability to answer those typical “Mom questions”, Audelle always provided such a calming reassuring voice of reason and supplemented her info with articles online to give additional context. She helped with my toddler when I needed an extra set of hands and went above and beyond on many occasions.  Audelle’s breastfeeding knowledge was a super important factor for me and I appreciated her commitment and persistence to ensure a great experience for me to bond with the baby. Her skills as a reflexologist came in handy as well!

Even though I was a second time Mom, having Audelle as our postpartum doula was one of the best decisions our family made! - Michelle A.
