Newborns communicate in many ways, not just crying.  They have patterns and instincts that may not be easily understood - especially when you are sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and healing.

Good news - I speak baby! Let me translate and help bridge the gap & deepen your bonds. From calming techniques, feeding cues, and evidence-based sleep guidance, we can get through this together.

Customized Offerings: Your Postpartum, Your Way

Meal Prep & Planning

Nourishment is key to healing at this time. With limited time and increased caloric needs, if nursing, ideally you will have a few easy to prepare meals ready for the first few days home. Planning meals to ensure they include traditionally healing ingredients is very important. This includes snacks that can be eaten with one hand as you juggle so many things.  Meal delivery is an option as part of virtual doula services. We’ll discuss your priorities & adjust as needed.

Partner & Sibling Support

The non-birthing parent is going through their own transition. Acknowledging their concerns & building confidence in their intuition & skills is key to success. If this is not your first baby, you may be concerned about the impact on your current child. How will you split your attention at this critical time? I can share strategies that have worked for other clients. I’d even love to pay special attention to your fur babies, who often get lost in the flurry.

Integrative Reflexology

Certain parts of your body align with parts of your feet. As you heal, this is a less invasive way to reach those tender places with warming touch. A relaxing and healing modality can be beneficial to all members of the family: easy ways to help move gas pockets in baby , in adults & older children, reflexology has been shown to improve sleep, alleviate stress, and a number of other great outcomes.
